Xaviera Williams is a dedicated leader, entrepreneur, Military Veteran, and community advocate with 11 years of experience in law enforcement. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to serving others, developing future professionals, and creating opportunities that strengthen the community.
In 2021, she founded Fresh Start 2nd Chances with a vision to help individuals overcome barriers and successfully rebuild their lives. Through employment assistance, supportive services, community resources, and second-chance opportunities, she continues to turn her passion for helping others into meaningful action.
For Xaviera, leadership is about more than holding a title it’s about serving with purpose, creating opportunities, and making a lasting difference.
